Matthew Bennett has been in real estate his entire life. From selling villas to commercial properties and development sites worth up to $900m, he has over 25 years experience in every aspect of property.
At the tender age of 15, Matthew was already managing open homes for the family business. At 18, he had moved onto appraisals. Studying Land Economy at University changed his life, when he was involved in pulling together multiple blocks for a shopping centre. "From that moment, I wanted to build things!"
As the driving force behind BCM Property, Matthew wants to do things differently. It's about bringing an entirely new property concept to life. "Clients benefits from our experience across the entire project life cycle, whether it's end to end project management or targeted services.
